We were in the area and saw this taco truck on our way back home and it's at the entrance of hwy 280. So we decided to give it a shot.... I ordered 3 cabeza tacos, one Gordita and one Quesabirria for a total $36. That's Bay Area San Jose prices for ya! Let me just say that Gordita was HUGE and I didn't even eat my quesabirria cause I was ready to have a good coma! I had Pepino con limón drink and that was sooooooooo good!!!!!! If you don't mind the price, go eat at this spot! The ladies there were so nice and even gave us some aroz con leche they had for themselves. I didn't give it 5 stars cause the meat did need a tad more seasoning, but the tortilla for it and for the quesabirria are hand made super thick!!!! Oh, they can't sell sodas cause they are on the parking lot of the gas station and I'm pretty sure they have an agreement. Will def go again if I'm in the area!

Food was FRESHLY made including the Tortillas. Customer service was fit for a Queen. The salsa's yummy and even the pickled carrots are pickled by them with fresh carrots. Ambiance friendly with funny customers that love interacting with us.

In the same parking lot as 76 gas station at the corner of Saratoga and Moorpark Ave . Diagonally located from Strawberry Park shopping center. I typically go to a different taco truck spot closer to my house but I did see great reviews. . So I decided what better day than taco Tuesday to give them a shot . Ambiance is friendly and they play upbeat music. The woman who takes your order is really kind and gives everyone a warm greeting . She called me "mi reina " my queen lol I was like I'm definitely coming again ahah. The food is really good ! Well seasoned consume and the taco birra was the perfect portion of 3 tacos . I didn't love the chicken tacos they were meant to be for my son with no veggies ( no cilantro or onions) on top but even so it was lacking salt . Overall a successful trip and will be back again!

I ordered the surtida, buche, al pastor, and lengua tacos. The al pastor was on the trompo which was cool to see, but it's just for show, I think it was broken so there was just two small flames at the bottom. They were slicing raw meat off and finishing it on the grill, which is not different than just cooking it whole and chopping it. The Al pastor was extremely bland and had no flavor. It was also heavily overcooked and dry. I wouldn't get it again. I could barely taste the marinade and it definitely needed more salt. However, the lengua, buche, and surtida were really good and seasoned perfectly. The lengua wasn't overcooked and mushy like other places. I always love surtida, it was extremely moist since belly and lean meat were chopped together. I'd come back for that.
